The registration IS ONLY CONSIDERED VALID upon receipt of proof of payment, which must be sent via email (aemv.utad@gmail.com). Payment must be MADE WITHIN 48 HOURS, so that your place in the Conference can be guaranteed.

In case of withdrawal there will be no refund of money. The registration can be transferred to another person until one week before the event date.
